Preventative maintenance is an important part of all Building Services – eg. Luminaire cleaning and Lamp replacement to maximise Lux efficiency; Emergency Light Testing to prove correct operation in the event of power loss, and ensure battery backup life is adequate.

Periodic Testing and NICEIC Certification can also be done on all types of premises – Offices, Industrial Units, Schools, Universities, Leisure Centres etc., to ensure compliance with relevant British Standards, Health & Safety and Insurance requirements.

IMS companies can carry out Risk Assessment Surveys on both Electrical and Security Systems to provide comprehensive Maintenance Packages tailored to meet individual requirements.
